The Capital OneŽ No Hassle Points(SM) Rewards card is a great rewards card for those with a limited credit history.Through the reward program, cardholders will earn five points per dollar spent at gas stations, major grocery and drug stores, and they earn one point per dollar spent on all other purchases. Points are redeemable for merchandise, cash, travel, and gift cards. There is no limit to the amount of points that can be earned, and points don't expire.
This card does have an annual fee of $29; however, there is a 0% introductory rate on purchases until October 2008, and the interest rate is reasonable thereafter.
