It already serves more destinations than any other airline in the world. And as of last month, in a historic merger agreement, Delta is now poised to become the largest carrier in the world.For the companies involved, a merger means expansion and efficacy. For consumers, it means better service and more products to choose from. For Delta passengers, it means twice as many frequent flyer miles, and an assortment of exclusive benefits and perks.
